Montezuma Memorial Hall

The Montezuma Memorial Hall is available for community events, private parties, dances, and fundraisers. Facility rental includes the use of 10′ tables, chairs, kitchen, restrooms and limited AV equipment. This newly renovated space holds approximately 190 people and the attached north room holds an additional 70 people. Renters can bring in their own caterer and/or bar service.  Great outdoor space included!  Call Lori at 641.660.5668 or Kelly at 641.660.2251 to make rental arrangements.

Montezuma Public Library

The Montezuma Public Library public meeting room is available for not-for-profit community meetings and events.  Facility includes the use of tables, chairs, kitchenette, restrooms and a projection screen for presentations.  The public meeting room is available free of charge and must be scheduled in advance with library staff.  The library also has several private study rooms that can be used for smaller meetings during regular business hours.  Complimentary WiFI is also available.  Contact the Montezuma Public Library for details, 641-623-3417.  

Presbyterian Family Center

prescenterThe Presbyterian Family Center is available for community gatherings, recreational events,  private family functions.  Facility includes the use of tables, chairs, full kitchen, restrooms, gymnasium, racquetball court, weight room and lounge area. The PFC is available for a suggested donation and must be scheduled in advance. Montezuma Country Club

The Montezuma Country Club Clubhouse is available for community events, company parties, birthdays, and class reunions. Facility rental includes tables, chairs, restrooms, full kitchen and staffed bar if desired. Outdoor grill deck and catering may also be available. Foster Center at Diamond Lake Park


The Foster Center at Diamond Lake Park is the headquarters for Poweshiek County Conservation and is available for smaller groups and community meetings.  Facility rental includes tables, chairs, limited kitchen and restrooms.  The view deck overlooking the lake and park shelters for gatherings, picnics and reunions may also be reserved through the Foster Center.  Rental fees are nominal or free.  Contact the Foster Center for details, 641-623-3191.  

English Valley Bed & Breakfast
The Big Red Barn is available at English Bed & Breakfast for reunions, BBQ’s, birthdays and receptions.  The facility includes the use of tables, chairs, a furnished licensed kitchen, restrooms, and an outdoor area for grilling or enjoying a campfire.  The Big Red Barn books early for the summer season.  Contact English Valley Bed & Breakfast for details, 641-623-3663.

Capra Bank  

Capra Banks community room (lower level) is available for small group meetings. Facility includes a couple tables, chairs, kitchenette and restrooms, and is generally free of charge. Contact Capra Bank for details, 641-623-5105.

Community Hope Church

This 60,000 plus square feet space is available for weddings, funerals, graduation parties, etc. The space has a commercial kitchen and available tables and chairs for gatherings. Please call Community Hope Church for more details, 641-623-4673.
